The Swordtail is a peaceful and easy to manage fish. It comes in a number of different colour, fin and tail variations, with the most common being; Red Velvet, Red Wag, Pineapple, Neon Swordtail and Marigold.
Given its peaceful nature, it’s suitable for a community aquarium. However, males can become aggressive towards one another, so care should be taken if housing more than one.
