Do you offer shipping?

We don't offer shipping but feel free to come down to our store at 164 Cheltenham Road, Dandenong to see our range in person.

Do you offer change-of-mind refunds?

We're always happy to give advice on what will suit your aquarium but due to the nature of our products we can't offer change-of-mind refunds.

Do you deliver fish tanks locally?

We don't offer delivery but some of our suppliers will ship their aquariums to your door to make things easier. Ask in-store for further details.

Do you accept trade in’s or buy livestock?

We already have reliable sources for all the livestock that we carry and have made the decision to limit the sources we buy from.

Do you service aquariums?

We're kept busy serving all the aquariums in-store and don't offer it as a service.

Do you test aquarium water parameters, and if so, is there a fee?

We can provide a digital reading for both our saltwater and freshwater customers. A freshwater disk will measure pH, GH, KH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate. A saltwater disk will measure calcium, alkalinity, magnesium, phosphate, pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. We charge $10 per disk.

Do you sell betta fish?

We decided in 2015 to stop selling Betta fish as we felt uncomfortable housing them in small jars.

Do you sell turtles or reptiles?

We don't sell turtles or reptiles as they require different care. However, some of the aquariums, pumps, food, and plants we sell can be used for them.

Do you sell axolotls?

Axolotls or Mexican walking fish require different conditions and are also aggressive to most fish. Because of this, they would require a species-only aquarium that we don't currently have the space for.
